MOSCOW, Jul 17 The Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL) «announced on the official website the signing of a contract with Russian defender Pavel Mintyukov. The rookie contract with the 18-year-old hockey player is for three years. Mintyukov was selected by the Ducks under the tenth number in the 2022 NHL draft. The Russian spent last season in North America playing in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He has 62 points (17 goals + 45 assists) in 67 games. At the end of the season, he finished third among OHL defensemen in scoring, fifth in goals, and sixth in assists, and was named to the league's Third All-Star Team.
