MOSCOW, Jul 19 Phoenix Suns extend center Deandre Ayton's contract , according to the National Basketball Association (NBA) website. In July, the 23-year-old became a restricted free agent. According to media reports, the Indiana Pacers offered him a four-year, $133 million contract. Phoenix had 48 hours to offer Ayton the same terms. If this had not happened, the rights to Ayton would have passed to Indiana, and his former club received compensation. In 2018, Ayton was selected by Phoenix in the draft with the first number. Last season, Phoenix set a club record for the most wins in the regular season. Ayton averaged 17.2 points and 10.2 rebounds.
