Asadulaev was accused of hooliganism committed with the use of weapons. As Kommersant wrote, he was one of the bodyguards of businessman Gavriil Yushvaev and, according to investigators, unleashed the massacre. However, the verdict was canceled, the cassation returned the case to the Moscow City Court, which on June 27 again sentenced them to the same terms of imprisonment.
