MOSCOW, Jul 28 Spanish football club Villarreal on its official website said goodbye to team captain Mario Gaspar, who leaves the team as a free agent after 15 years in it. Gaspar played 424 matches for Villarreal in all competitions. He is second only to Manu Trigueros and Bruno Soriano in this indicator (both have 425 matches). As part of the Spanish club, Gaspar won the Europa League in 2021.
