Spartak traded Olympic medalist Nikishin to SKA


MOSCOW, July 31 Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) clubs SKA and Moscow Spartak made an exchange, as a result of which defender Alexander Nikishin joined the army, according to the official website of the St. Petersburg club. In response, Spartak received forwards Fedor Svechkov, Nikita Chibrikov, Pavel Kukshtel, Maxim Krovyakov and defender Nikita Sedov, as well as sports rights on forwards Kirill Marchenko, Ivan Morozov, Mikhail Maltsev and German Rubtsov. Nikishin is 20 years old, he made his debut with Spartak in the 2019/20 season. In total, he played 105 matches in the KHL, in which he scored 23 points (10 goals + 13 assists), of which 49 games — last season, scoring 14 points (9 + 5). As part of the Russian national team, Nikishin became the silver medalist of the Olympic Games 2022.
