MOSCOW, Aug 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing the banner of the Main Directorate of Special Programs President of the Russian Federation, the document is published on the portal of legal information. «In order to implement a unified state policy in the field of heraldry and streamline the official symbols of federal executive bodies, I decide: to establish the banner of the Main Directorate for Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation,» the text of the decree says. According to the description, The flag's cloth is rectangular, blue (cornflower blue) in color, trimmed with golden braid. On the sides of the cloth there is a golden braided ornament in a frame of the same color. Along the edges of the cloth are 10 golden five-pointed stars. On the front side in the center is the main figure of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation. On the reverse side — in the center of the heraldic badge is the emblem of the Main Directorate for Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation. At the top of the frame, the ornament is interrupted by the inscription: «Fatherland», and the bottom — «Dignity Honor».
