MOSCOW, Aug 4 French defender Yoann Ovityu has signed a contract with Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk «, according to the official website of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). The agreement with the 33-year-old defender is designed for one year. Ovityu spent last season in the Finnish HIFK, in which he played 53 matches and scored 31 points (9 goals and 22 assists). In the 2018/19 season, he played 25 KHL games for Sochi (6 points; 2 + 4). As part of the French national team, Ovityu took part in ten world championships. He has 65 matches and 25 points (4+21) in the world championships.
