MOSCOW, Aug 6 Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said he had talked with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during talks in Sochi between the presidents of Russia and Turkey, Vladimir Putin and Tayyip Erdogan. The talks between the presidents of the two countries were held on Friday in Sochi. The conversation lasted more than four hours. «During the face-to-face talks between Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, I personally met Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and head of the Turkish national intelligence organization Hakan Fidan. We had an informal rich and productive conversation, in during which we came to a common opinion on the need to establish close cooperation between Turkey and the Chechen Republic on various issues,» Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel. According to him, Cavusoglu expressed the hope that this meeting would initiate further establishing contacts. «I agreed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey and also noted that both sides will only benefit from joint undertakings.At the end of the meeting, the distinguished guests invited me to visit Turkey, during which we could discuss a wide range of issues of cooperation, including economic ones.Of course, , I accepted the invitation,» Kadyrov added.
