MOSCOW, Aug 8 Inter Milan terminated the contract with the Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez, according to the official website of the Italian football club. It is noted that the agreement with the 33-year-old striker was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. Sanchez's contract with Inter was calculated until July 30, 2023. Previously, the media reported that Sanchez had reached an agreement to sign a contract with French Marseille. Last season, Sanchez played 39 matches for Inter in all competitions, scored nine goals and made five passes. Together with the team, he became the winner of the Italian Championship, the Cup and the Super Cup of the country. Sanchez holds two records for the Chilean national team. He is the top scorer in the history of the national team (48 goals), and also shares the first place with Gary Medel in the number of matches played (148 matches).
