Archival photoMOSCOW, August 9Vladimir Zelensky imagined himself a «Napoleon» and behaves like a small usurper, urging Western countries to close entry for Russians, Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, told RIA Novosti. Western countries should close entry to all Russians for one year as a retaliatory measure against the special operation, Zelensky said earlier in an interview with the Washington Post. He considers the closure of the borders «the most important sanctions», which, according to his plan, will restore the status quo at the time of the outbreak of hostilities.
"Zelensky imagined himself to be some kind of " — either he wants to lock up every Russian, or he demands that Russia cancel the referendum in Zaporozhye, as if it had something to do with it,» Dzhabarov said.
According to him, Zelensky behaves like a «small usurper» and presents himself as Napoleon. “But at least Napoleon had a powerful army behind him, while Zelensky does not have this,” the senator stressed. Dzhabarov predicts that there will be more and more such “incidents” in Zelensky’s proposals. «The more successful the special military operation will be, the more such incidents will be,» he is convinced.
