MOSCOW, Aug 10. The coaches of the Russian national football teams Nikolai Pisarev and beach football Mikhail Likhachev will combine work in Khimki near Moscow and national teams, according to the website of the Russian Football Union (RFU). Later, the news was removed from the site. Pisarev was appointed head coach of the club near Moscow, Likhachev became his assistant. The RFU agreed with the specialists the possibility of combining work. On Wednesday, Sergey Yuran left the post of Khimki head coach, under whose leadership the team currently occupies seventh place in the standings of the Russian Premier League (RPL). Pisarev is 53 years old. He joined the coaching staff of Valery Karpin in July 2021. From 2005 to 2010, the specialist worked with the beach soccer team, and also served as sports director of the RFU. In 2010-2015 and 2016, Pisarev led the Russian youth team. Under his leadership, the national team played at the European Championship for the first time in 12 years.
