The Simonovsky District Court of Moscow fined Novaya Gazeta 350,000 rubles in the case of disseminating fake information (Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to Interfax in the press service of the court.

“The court imposed a fine because of the Kherson article. The editorial board plans to appeal it after receiving the decision,” comments Novaya Gazeta.Europe.
