From the beginning of the current season, a fan card is required to attend matches of the Russian Premier League (RPL) in Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and Sochi. By the end of the year, the rest of the cities where the RPL clubs will be based will join the system: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khimki, Grozny, Krasnodar, Orenburg, Voronezh. All participants, spectators, guests and staff, as well as media representatives, must have the card. Discussions are underway to once again discuss the bill with the fan community. Today we see that about 80,000 cards have been received. We can discuss simplifying the procedure for children and for people of a certain age category. But I am a supporter of civilized development and I think more that in order to increase security in today's conditions of mass gatherings of people and provocations, you need to follow the path of obtaining a fan card,» Neverov said.
