MOSCOW, Aug 17. Undefeated UFC fighter Khamzat Chimaev gave an interview to The Mac Life on the eve of the September fight against American Nate Diaz at UFC 279. The Swede of Chechen origin admitted that he was surprised by the agreement of the MMA veteran to fight against him.
"He stated that for him this is a bad fight. I can easily defeat him. Diaz is no longer the same young guy who beat McGregor. He is getting old and this will be his last fight. He will lose and go to fucking boxing. I will kill him, kick his ass and kick him out of the UFC. Nate is a warrior, you can't take that away. He will fight until the last second. He says "Kill or be killed". That is his principle. I respect him that he accepted this fight, but nothing good awaits him", the athlete admitted.
