"In the central and eastern regions of the country, in violation of all norms of international law and ordinary human ethics, the objects of almost all educational institutions are used to accommodate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, mercenaries and nationalists, ammunition depots, headquarters, communication points and other military facilities. The Colonel General added that there was no centralized preparation of the educational process in the regions of the country, most Ukrainian schools and universities simply will not be able to perform their functions. He also noted that Western and Ukrainian media are misleading the international community, claiming that school attendance and Universities are hindered by «indiscriminate strikes» allegedly inflicted by the Russian armed forces on civilian infrastructure.The Armed Forces of Ukraine created a stronghold at a school in Soledar, the Defense Ministry said «In reality, the Kyiv regime and its Western patrons bear full responsibility for another crime against the population of Ukraine.
