Companies of children of First Deputy Defense Minister Ruslan Tsalikov acquired office space in the center of Moscow and plots in the Moscow region during the war with Ukraine. This is stated by associates of the opposition leader Alexei Navalny on the Navalny Live YouTube channel.
Tsalikov was appointed First Deputy Minister of Defense in 2015. And in 2012, he began to oversee the departments of information and financial control of the Ministry of Defense. The «project» calls Tsalikov the «general of the PR service» Shoigu, who creates a favorable image for the head of the Ministry of Defense in the media.
In 2012, when Shoigu was briefly appointed head of the Moscow region, Tsalikov became the vice-governor of the region. And from 2007 to 2012, he worked as Shoigu's first deputy as head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

However, according to Rosreestr, after the start of the invasion of Ukraine, a 254-square-meter room in the Moscow Crosswall Khamovniki business center was recorded on Tectum, the cost of which is estimated by the opposition at 132 million rubles. The company also nominally owns several office premises in Moscow at 24 Last Lane. Navalny's associates estimated their value at 85 million rubles.
According to the same scheme, Ruslan Tsalikov's sons Daniel and Zaur acquire real estate. In April 2021, they established the Dominus Zed company, which, according to Navalny Live, also acquired 2 land plots of 1000 acres each in the village of Krasnoye in the Moscow region during the war with Ukraine. Navalny's associates estimated the cost of each plot at almost 260 million rubles. In addition, Dominus Zed owns five office premises with a total area of more than 1,000 square meters in the Sugar Factory business center in Moscow on Zemlyanoy Val. Navalny Live estimates their cost at 400 million rubles.
According to the opposition, the brothers could not buy such property with their official income. Daniel works at Rostec and receives 5 million rubles a year, and Zaur works at a company that manufactures utility meters for 2 million rubles a year.
In 2019, the Anti-Corruption Foundation also found Ruslan Tsalikov's house on Rublyovka, the cost of which Navalny's associates now estimate at 3.5 billion rubles.
