MOSCOW, August 26 The Communist Party of the Russian Federation instructed its Moscow branch to invite a candidate for municipal deputies Sergey Tatarintsev, who walked with a puma in one of the districts of the capital to find out if there was a violation of the law in his actions and whether it was a provocation from opponents, Yury Afonin, the first deputy chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, State Duma deputy, told RIA Novosti. Earlier, a video appeared on Telegram channels , on which a man walks a puma on a leash in Kuntsevsky Park, but without a muzzle. In social networks, they write that this is a candidate for municipal deputies of the Mozhaisk district, Sergei Tatarintsev. On the website of the CEC, a candidate with that name is registered from the Communist Party. According to Afonin, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation also has information that Tatarintsev could have been «followed» and «provoked» by competitors in the electoral race.
