In social networks, they write that this is a candidate for municipal deputies of the Mozhaisk district, Sergei Tatarintsev. On the website of the CEC, a candidate with that name is registered from the Communist Party. According to Afonin, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation also has information that Tatarintsev could have been «followed» and «provoked» by competitors in the electoral race.
