MOSCOW, Aug 28 British Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton retired on first lap of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix after a collision with Spanish Alpin driver Fernando Alonso. The race takes place at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit on Sunday.
