DONETSK, Aug 28 An informational message was found in the former building of the Security Service of Ukraine in Mariupol a letter on the details of the organization of football matches between FC Mariupol and the teams Dynamo (Kyiv) and Desna (Chernihiv), the correspondent reports. The letter reflects the start date of ticket sales for the match and the number of expected fans from Kyiv in the city. It was noted that Kyiv football fans will arrive at the match in the amount of 150-200 people in an unorganized manner. According to the document, sports organizations and clubs in Mariupol had to inform the Kyiv authorities about all their tournaments and events without fail. The next day, April 9, 2019, the SBU decided to «organize operational support», as evidenced by the resolution attached to the letter.
