Ukrainian troops shelled the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk and Horlivka, firing ten shells of 155mm caliber, according to the Telegram channel of the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine .
"Fishes were fired from the armed formations of Ukraine in the following directions: 02.00 — the settlement of Druzhba — the settlement of Gorlovka (Central-city district): six shells of 155 mm caliber were fired; 06.28 — the settlement of Orlovka — the city of Donetsk (Kuibyshevsky district): four shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters" were fired, the statement says.
Gorlovka is located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk, the city is home to the Stirol chemical concern and coal mining enterprises. This is one of the largest settlements in the DPR, which has been under the control of the republic since 2014.
