The coordinator of the Kirov «Voice» Denis Shchadrin was charged with participation in the activities of an «undesirable» organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by «7×7» with reference to the text of the protocol.
According to the publication, the reason for the protocol was that Shchadrin was an observer in the elections of the mayor of Tbilisi in October 2021. The security forces became aware of this thanks to the posts of Golos on Facebook.
There are enemies all around. Which (non-obvious) countries undermine Russian sovereignty
According to the police, while observing the elections, the citizen of Kirov cooperated through Golos with the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO), which in September last year in Russia recognized as «undesirable».
OVD-Info notes that earlier a similar administrative case was filed against activist Yevgeny Dolgopolov. He registered as an observer for the Georgian elections from the Polish organization Political Accountability. However, the Russian security forces took note of the list of observers published by Golos chairman Roman Udot and decided that Dolgopolov was also cooperating with ENEMO. The activist was fined five thousand rubles.
