The criminal case on insulting the feelings of believers (Article 148 of the Criminal Code) against members of the group of anonymous artists Party of the Dead is connected with posts on VKontakte on Easter Day. Witness in the case, Kristina Bubentsova, told Mediazone about this.
The day before, a search was conducted in Bubentsova’s St. Petersburg apartment.
“The formal reason is that they were looking for technical means through which they could make a post on VKontakte in the Party of the Dead group. In the resolution [on the search] it was said that the reason was Article 148, I don’t remember which part. In general, an insult to the feelings of believers. Specifically for the post made in "Vkontakte" April 28,” Bubentsova said.

On that day, only one post was published in the association group — with the anti-war action of the Party of the Dead in honor of Easter. An anonymous artist in a black cape with a hood was photographed at the cemetery with posters “Russia will rise again free”, “Stop fighting Russian soldiers will not rise again”, “Christ is risen, but the conscript is not”, “Stop fighting Civilians will not rise again”.
