"Negotiations are conducted not only daily, every second with the Ukrainian side, the competent authorities, we ask at least initially to exchange seriously ill patients. There are five of them. Including the core, two people, unfortunately, with mental illness. And today we are presented with new conditions for a possible mutual humanitarian mission for liberation, but there is no final decision", she said on the sidelines of the WEF.
According to Moskalkova, 65 Russians are illegally detained by Ukraine. She expressed hope that the release will take place in the near future. The WEF is held on September 5-8 on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University on Russky Island in Vladivostok.
