MOSCOW, Sep 8 FC Ural Yekaterinburg signed a contract with Belarusian defender Yegor Filipenko, according to the website of the football club. Details of the agreement with the 34-year-old player, who joined the Russian club as a free agent, were not disclosed. In «Ural» he will act under the 24th number. The newcomer has already joined the team of Belarusian specialist Viktor Gancharenko, under whose leadership he played at BATE Borisov. As a member of BATE, Filipenko became the seven-time champion of Belarus. The defender also played for Moscow «Spartak», «Tom», Spanish «Malaga», «Maccabi» from Tel Aviv and Soligorsk «Shakhtar», with which he won the gold of the Belarusian championship.
