In Yalta, a 37-year-old and a 38-year-old local residents were charged with the murder of a friend, the UK reports on its Telegram channel. Earlier, one of them was released from the police, which caused protests among the townspeople.
One of the defendants in the case was arrested. The second is asked to choose the same measure of restraint (paragraph «g» of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code).

According to investigators, on the evening of September 6, two Yalta residents beat their friend near a cafe, forcibly put him in a car and “went to ride around the city”. After that, near the bus stop, they inflicted numerous stab wounds on the man, from which he died in the hospital.
As Baza wrote, the victim was 34-year-old Sergei Sukhov, who was taken to the hospital by the attackers themselves. According to the publication, we are talking about Vladimir Kikavets and his friend Kirill Gontarenko.
RBC pointed out that the former appeared on the list of fighters of the Sparta battalion in the self-proclaimed DPR; the second is called the «militia» of the times of the «Crimean spring» by the media. Later, the Investigative Committee emphasized that one of the accused was sentenced in 2001 to 10 years in prison in the case of fraud.
Yesterday, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Crimea reported on the detention of two men and the initiation of a criminal case on intentional infliction of grievous harm to health with the use of weapons (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code), later one of them was released from the police.
