MOSCOW, Sep 9 The Football Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina will receive about 205 thousand euros for the participation of the national team in a friendly match with the Russian team, Dnevni avaz reports. The Russian side will also cover all travel and accommodation costs for the players of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. On Friday, the Football Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that the meeting would be held on November 19 in St. Petersburg. The Russian Football Union later confirmed the agreement to hold a friendly match. As previously reported, the Russian team will also play away friendly matches with the national teams of Kyrgyzstan (September 24, Bishkek) and Iran (scheduled to be held in November, there is no exact date yet). Previously, the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) have published a joint statement according to which Russian teams and clubs are suspended from participation in all international competitions for an indefinite period. In mid-July, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) dismissed an appeal against this decision.
