
MOSCOW, Sep 11 Russian driver Alexander Smolyar from the MP Motorsport team finished the season of the Formula 3 motor racing championship in tenth place in the overall standings of pilots. The final stage of the Formula 3 championship was held in Monza (Italy). The victory was won by the Barbadian Trident racer Zane Maloney, the second was the Briton Oliver Berman from Prema, the third was his American partner Jack Crawford. Smolyar started from pole position, during the race the Russian collided with the driver from Monaco Arthur Leclerc (Prema) and was forced to retire in the pits on the 15th lap. Smolyar took 27th place in the race. Frenchman Victor Martins from the ART Grand Prix team won the championship with 139 points. Second place went to Zane Maloney (134), third — Oliver Berman (132).
