DPR Denis Pushilin said that the situation in Krasny Liman is «rather difficult», as in some other settlements in the north of the republic. The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Ivan Filiponenko, said that part of the residents of Kupyansk in the Kharkov region and Krasny Liman in the DPR are being evacuated to the LPR due to the aggravation of the situation. «The flow of refugees from the Kharkov region to the territory of the LPR has significantly decreased. terrorist formations of Ukraine took with them, mainly took five regions of the LPR, some of the refugees went in transit to the territory of the Russian Federation,» Miroshnik said.
