Archival photoMOSCOW, Sep 11Deputy head of Vladimir Zelensky's office, Kirill Timoshenko, announced the restoration of power supply in the Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava regions of Ukraine. Earlier, Zelensky announced a complete blackout in the Kharkiv region and the DPR, and a partial blackout in the Zaporozhye region , Dnepropetrovsk and Sumy regions. The media also reported problems with electricity in the Poltava region. Tymoshenko wrote in his Telegram channel, noting that we are talking about Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava regions.
