Experts of the Research Center for Forensic Science and Criminalistics did not find extremism in the song «Kill the Beggars!» group «Porn Movies». This was reported by the head of Agora Pavel Chikov, the decision of the experts is at the disposal of Mediazona.
As stated in the document, the experts were asked if the song contains calls for violent or discriminatory actions on the basis of any affiliation , signs of justifying violence of one group of citizens against another, a negative assessment of something, and whether the song contains calls to imitate the main character of the song. class=»mz-publish-context-cite__image» alt=»1″ />Don't kill beggars. Experts noted that although the song contains linguistic calls for the killing of the poor, the communicative purpose of the composition does not coincide with the verbal one, since the group «satirically denounces killing beggars.»
According to linguists, «the controversial text of the musical composition «Kill Beggars!» does not contain linguistic signs of an impulse to imitate the lyrical hero.”
Experts also pointed out that the text “Kill the poor!” more than half coincides with the song Kill the Poor by the American punk band Dead Kennedys in 1980.
In February, the Volgograd Regional Court overturned the decision to recognize the song “Beggars Kill!” as extremist, the song was excluded from the list of extremist materials. The claim was sent for review.
