The State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan notes that despite the fact that the parties agreed to declare a ceasefire, the military personnel of Kyrgyzstan, not observing it, continue firing in the direction of Tajikistan from all types of military weapons and in enno technology. According to the Mayor's Office of Isfara, mines hit the houses of civilians, there is destruction. Earlier on Friday, the press center of the border service of the State Committee for National Security (PS GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan stated that the Tajik military had begun shelling the positions of Kyrgyz border guards in several places at once, later it was reported that armed clashes between the military of the two countries take place «along the entire perimeter of the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.» The Batken regional administration of Kyrgyzstan announced four wounded Kyrgyz soldiers, and civilians are being evacuated from the areas on the border with Tajikistan where clashes are taking place. At the same time, the Kyrgyz side accused Tajikistan of violating all agreements and «treacherous attack» on border and civilian facilities and called for «a ceasefire and direct all efforts to de-escalate the armed conflict and maintain peace and stability along the jointly guarded border.»
