
MOSCOW, Sep 23 Georgian football players beat North Macedonia in a home match of the group stage of the League of Nations. The meeting of group 4 of League C in Tbilisi ended with a score of 2:0 in favor of the hosts. Boyan Miovski scored an own goal in the 35th minute against the Macedonians, who were later also hit by Khvich Kvaratskhelia, a former football player of Lokomotiv Moscow and Rubin Kazan (64th minute). The Georgian national team scored 13 points in five matches and won the right to rise ahead of schedule division above. The North Macedonia team is second with seven points.
