In Moscow, a detainee at a rally against mobilization was sent under arrest on a case of violence against a security official

The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow arrested Atanasyan S.A. in the case of the use of violence against a security official (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code), follows from the database of the Moscow City Court. OVD-Info drew attention to this.

According to the human rights project, on September 21, when a rally against mobilization was held in Moscow, Suren Atanasyan was among the detainees, who was left overnight in the Danilovsky department.

The next day, the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow found Atanasyan guilty under an administrative protocol on participation in a rally that interfered with transport (part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and appointed the man 14 days of arrest.

He was supposed to serve his sentence in the special detention center in Sakharovo. However, where he is now is unknown, OVD-Info adds.

According to human rights activists, on September 21, at least 1,310 people were detained in 39 cities. Today, September 24, protests against mobilization are also taking place in the regions of Russia, during which more than 600 people were detained by the evening.
