According to Rodionova, the social workers were given a plan to distribute 2,500 subpoenas. They do it reluctantly.
“Women of pre-retirement age were forced to go from apartment to apartment, to hand over subpoenas. And they are afraid of the reaction of the authorities — the task failed, but they are more afraid of the reaction of those who open it, ”the journalist notes.
