MINSK, Sep 30 Chairman of the Ice Hockey Federation of Belarus (FHB) Alexander Bogdanovich said that Minsk is pleased that the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has developed a mechanism for the return of the national teams of Belarus and Russia to participate in the world championships. On Friday, the IIHF Congress adopted a mechanism for the return of Belarus and Russia to participate in the world championships, according to which their , youth and juniors will return to the divisions where they played before the suspension.
