
MOSCOW, Oct 2 Portuguese Miguel Oliveira on KTM won the race on the 17th stage of the World Championship in road racing in the MotoGP class — the Thai Grand Prix. The second place was taken by the Australian Jack Miller (Ducati, 0.730 seconds back), the third was the Italian Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati, +1.968). The race was postponed for an hour due to for a heavy downpour. In the overall standings, the reigning world champion Frenchman Fabio Quartararo keeps the lead on Yamaha (219 points). Bagnaia is second (217). In third place is Spaniard Alex Espargaro (Aprilia, 199).
