MOSCOW, Oct 5 St. Louis Blues won on home ice “Minnesota Wild” in the preseason match of the National Hockey League (NHL). The meeting in St. Louis ended with a score of 4:2 (2:0, 1:0, 1:2). As part of the Bluesmen, goals were scored by Pavel Buchnevich (2nd minute), who also scored an assist, Jake Neighbors (12), Nathan Walker (31) and Klim Kostin (54). Mason Shaw (47) and Tyson Jost (60) scored among the Wilds. Buchnevich was recognized as the first star of the match. The results of other NHL pre-season matches: Buffalo — Carolina — 4: 2, Montreal — Ottawa — 4:5, «Philadelphia» — «Islanders» — 3:4 (in overtime). The new NHL season starts on October 7 in Prague with a match between the «Nashville Predators» and «San Jose Sharks».
