On September 30, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin spoke in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, after which he signed agreements with them chapters on the acceptance of regions into Russia. Later, the Russian Constitutional Court found these treaties in line with the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
