He stressed that Brussels will strengthen support for Kyiv militarily, financially and politically. Borrell expressed hope that at the meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers on October 17, it will be possible to officially launch a training mission for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"At the same time, we remain ready to seek a diplomatic solution, if circumstances allow us to do it constructively& #34;,” he stressed.
