We are talking about Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman, against whom sanctions were recently introduced in Ukraine. Fridman is one of the majority shareholders of Alfa-Bank Ukraine» , the channel reports. In turn, the press service of the SBI in its Telegram channel reported that a group of persons controlling the activities of Cypriot companies and a private bank in Ukraine, in less than a year, withdrew the bank's assets under the guise of royalties for the use of trademarks in the amount of more than 248 million hryvnia (6.7 million US dollars). On this fact, the former chairman and acting chairman of the board of a private bank in Ukraine was informed of suspicion. The suspects are charged with intentional tax evasion on non-resident income totaling 18.3 million hryvnia ($487,000). The state bureau did not name the suspects.
