They tried to mobilize a Muscovite from the office, but he did not take the summons and was allowed to go home

A resident of Moscow Igor they did not mobilize because he refused to receive a summons, instead they let him go home. He himself told the Mediazone about this.

According to the young man, on October 11, a visitor came to the photo studio where he works as an administrator, who asked what kind of place it was and who he worked for. Having received answers, the visitor called two policemen, they told Igor to go to the paddy wagon.

After that, Igor waited for an hour until nine more people were brought into the car. They were taken to the reserve collection point of the district military registration and enlistment office. There, the men began to hand over summonses, the young man refused to take it, and waited until eight in the evening.

“They played for time, refused to somehow resolve the situation, in the end I went to the military commissar, he just sent me,” says Igor. — Then I returned to the commission and started pretending to film them, and only this worked, they gave me a paper and just say go. A woman from this commission came out with me at the checkpoint, and it was only thanks to her that they let me out.”

The day before, Moscow police raided hostels and an office building. Men who fell under mobilization by age were immediately taken to collection points. Read more about how the police are looking for men all over Moscow in the text of Mediazones.
