The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) awarded two thousand euros in compensation to the Left Resistance activist Daria Polyudova. This is what the Network Freedoms project writes about.

Protection of Polyudova complained to the ECHR about excessively long detention during the investigation in a criminal case on justifying terrorism in 2020-2021. The Court recognized this as a violation and noted that “it did not find facts or arguments capable of convincing it to draw a different conclusion regarding the admissibility and merits of these complaints.”
In December 2021, the FSB initiated a case against the activist about the creation of an extremist community because of her Left Resistance movement (Part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). On October 5, 2022, her arrest was extended until November 8. On October 11, lawyer Polina Kuzmina reported that Polyudova had been charged with incitement to terrorism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). For what exactly, is not yet known.
In May 2021, Polyudova was sentenced to six years in prison because of post about Chechen field commander Shamil Basayev and video about the shooting near the FSB building on Lubyanka in 2019.
In 2015, she was the first in Russia to be convicted under the article on calls for separatism (Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code) because of the “March for the federalization of Kuban” announced in the Krasnodar Territory and sentenced to two years in a colony-settlement.
