MOSCOW, Oct 12 Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov commented on Zelensky's refusal to negotiate with the president Russian Federation Vladimir Putin's catchphrase: «never say never.» Everyone knows Zelensky's statements that he will not negotiate with Putin.
