In the city of Votkinsk in Udmurtia, a military enlistment office was set on fire on Friday night. The Dark Udmurtia telegram channel was the first to report this.

Publication «Susanin»referring to the mayor of Votkinsk, Aleksey Zametaev, he wrote that the arsonists had entered the territory of the military registration and enlistment office from the side of a nearby building. They smashed a window on the ground floor and threw a Molotov cocktail into it. SHOT clarifies that it was a 1.5 liter lemonade bottle.

A representative of the Votkinsk military enlistment office told RIA Novosti that during the fire extinguishing, the wall was damaged, and some documents were flooded with water. According to Baza, the fire was quickly extinguished by a local watchman.

The telegram channel also writes that the military registration and enlistment office was guarded by two police officers who could not detain the arsonists.

This is the second known case of an arson of a military enlistment office in Udmurtia after the start of the war in Ukraine. At the end of May, the building of the military commissariat of the village of Igma was bombarded with Molotov cocktails.

In total, at least 67 attacks on administrative buildings throughout Russia.
