According to the press service, the reduction of the regional government apparatus will be carried out in accordance with all labor legislation. Social guarantees will be provided, including in terms of payments. As a result of the optimization, it will be possible to increase the salaries of the employees of the renewed administration team by 50-60% from January, and the bonus fund will be released earlier, the regional government notes. According to the head of the region, raising salaries for efficient employees of administrations will increase their motivation and responsibility for decisions made and real positive changes in the territories that all residents of the region should see. «The quality of people's lives depends on the quality of decisions made by officials. The main task is to municipal service of effective managers and create decent working conditions for them. It will be necessary to do this in the conditions of saving the budget system at the expense of internal reserves,» the press service of the regional government quotes the governor.
