MOSCOW, Oct 16 Multiple world champion and record holder in the Masters category Olga Kokorina was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF). The ceremony was held in Florida on Sunday night. Kokorina was one of the most titled athletes in Russian veteran swimming. She has nine current world records (age group 90-94), 12 current European records (90-94), 70 Russian records. For all the time of her performances, she set over 30 world records and 120 Russian records. Kokorina died on January 29, 2022 at the age of 99. According to the Masters program, competitions are held among athletes under 25 years old in age categories with an interval of five years.
