MOSCOW, Oct 17 Striker Sonny Milano has signed a contract with the Washington NHL club Capitals,» according to the official website of the capital team. The agreement with the 26-year-old American is for one season. Under the contract, Milano will receive 750 thousand dollars. The forward was selected by Columbus in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft under the general 16th number. In 2020, he was traded to Anaheim, for whom he scored 34 points (14 goals + 20 assists) in 66 regular season games last season.
