Kante suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury the week before last.' Kante underwent a mutually agreed operation to repair his injuries and is expected to miss four months following a successful operation. Kante has made two appearances this season. The midfielder is the 2018 world champion in Russia, two-time champion of England, winner of the Champions League, he was recognized as the best player in the championship of England and the player of the year in France.
