The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow fined for 10 thousand rubles of the poet and writer Dmitry Bykov for the lack of marking «foreign agent». The decision was posted in the file cabinet of the Moscow courts.
According to the ruling, Bykov was fined because of three posts posted in August on his Telegram channel (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Two posts concerned Bykov's Odin program on «Echo of Moscow», and the third was his poem.
Dmitry Bykov was added to registry of media – “foreign agents” at the end of July. The Russian authorities require its participants to mark their posts with a status badge starting with the words “THIS MESSAGE…”, register a legal entity and submit reports to the Ministry of Justice once a quarter.
One country, one law, one registry. The State Duma intends to change the law on «foreign agents» — it will become even easier to get such a label
