MOSCOW, Oct 23 Armenian fighter of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Armen Petrosyan broke his leg in a victorious fight in the 280th numbered tournament of the organization. At the tournament in Abu Dhabi, Petrosyan won by unanimous decision over American AJ Dobson.
"He broke his leg, but won the fight", — Petrosyan wrote on Instagram*. After the fight, the Armenian athlete moved on crutches.
In the main fight of the UFC 280 tournament, Russian MMA fighter Islam Makhachev defeated Brazilian Charles Oliveira and became the UFC lightweight champion.
